Terms & Conditions

General

By enrolling in lessons or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Halo Music Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Lesson Bookings

Lessons are scheduled in advance and confirmed upon booking. Students are expected to attend lessons on time and be prepared.

Trial lessons may be offered to new students and are subject to availability.

Fees & Payments

Lesson fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payment details and schedules will be provided upon enrolment.

Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Halo Music Academy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for lesson cancellations or rescheduling.

Lessons missed without sufficient notice may be forfeited and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

Teacher Availability

In the event that a teacher is unavailable, Halo Music Academy will make reasonable efforts to arrange a substitute teacher or reschedule the lesson.

Student Responsibility

Students are encouraged to practice regularly and follow guidance provided by their teachers.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring younger students attend lessons and follow academy guidelines.

Behaviour & Conduct

Halo Music Academy maintains a respectful and supportive learning environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of lessons.

Performances & Events

Participation in recitals, competitions, and events is optional but encouraged. Additional fees may apply for certain events.

Media & Photography

From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during lessons or events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in advance.

Liability

While all reasonable care is taken, Halo Music Academy is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring on the premises.

Changes to Terms

Halo Music Academy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in lessons constitutes acceptance of any updates.
